All items are ready for shipment. All items will ship in a gift box or organza gift pouch. We ship, as soon as PayPal payment clears, we ship within 2 business days by USPS First Class with delivery confirmation number. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages {you need to contact the Post Office}. If your payment doesn't go thru PayPal, please complete payment for the order so that we get notified by PayPal to process your order. We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout, just checkout as a guest. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance. Normally we sell to US addresses and ship to your address listed in your PayPal account. If you like it shipped as gift to another address please let us know. We do NOT ship to APO and FPO addresses. Thank you!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: 100% satisfaction gauranteed We will accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy for any reason with your item. They have to be authorized by us, you need to email us within 3 days. Please contact us within three days receiving the item. (the date trackable via USPS arrival at your destination). Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Pieces which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders and items on SALE are considered a final sale and are non-refundable or returnable. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We encourage you to insure your item. Wrap items securely and in original packaging/labels intact. Return shipping must be via USPS First Class and have delivery confirmation number. Otherwise we cannot give exchange of item or refund. Always contact us BEFORE you purchase, if you have ANY question. After contacting me, the item or items must be mailed and postmarked within one week and returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and for loss of value if item is either returned damaged or in less than original condition. Refunds EXCLUDE shipping costs and you will be required to pay for return shipping. All pieces must be in unused condition. 30 DAY WARRANTY: if the item you purchased breaks within 30 days upon receiving it, contact me sending proof (picture) As of 1 October 2016: A non-negotiable 15% restocking fee applies with all returns. The item must be returned via the original carrier in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
